1. Respect and Conduct
Students must treat SBRTC staff, coaches, and fellow students with courtesy and respect. SBRTC reserves the right to remove, ban, or blacklist students who violate terms or engage in disruptive, dishonest, or disrespectful behavior.

2. Enrollment and Payment Policies
This is a subscription-type package; because materials are immediately available, cancellation is NOT possible once access is granted. Payments are non-refundable and NON-TRANSFERABLE, EXCEPT if a Face-to-Face (F2F) review is cancelled. F2F review payments CANNOT be transferred to online review or final coaching packages. Cancellation or withdrawal is NOT permitted once a student is enrolled and added to review platforms.

3. Face-to-Face Review
F2F sessions require a MINIMUM of 50 enrollees per venue to proceed. F2F schedules may be modified for valid reasons, such as coach or venue availability and graduation date movements.

4. Review Materials and Access
Review materials are valid ONLY for the season of enrollment and CANNOT be carried over to future seasons. Each student may use ONLY ONE original Facebook account for enrollment; additional or replacement accounts are NOT allowed.

5. Intellectual Property
Recorded sessions and materials are for personal use ONLY. Sharing, screenshotting, recording, downloading, copying, transmitting, altering, publishing, or selling SBRTC content is strictly PROHIBITED.

6. Testimonial Permission and Institutional Credit
By enrolling, you grant SBRTC permission to feature your name, photo, and exam results in public testimonials if you pass or excel. You acknowledge that SBRTC will be credited as your review provider in any public or institutional recognition.

7. Policy Updates and Enforcement
SBRTC reserves the right to modify, update, or revise terms at any time without prior notice. SBRTC reserves the right to enforce disciplinary actions, including removal, banning, or blacklisting of violators.

SBRTC respects your right to privacy. By submitting this form, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

Collection of Information: We collect your personal information (Name, Email, School, etc.) and submitted documents (ID, Selfie, Signature) SOLELY for enrollment, record-keeping, and communication purposes regarding your review.

Use of Data: Your information will ONLY be used to process your application, facilitate your review, and, upon passing the licensure exam, feature your results in institutional testimonials as per our policy.

Data Protection: We implement physical, technical, and organizational security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

Retention: Your data will be kept for the duration of the review season and will be disposed of securely thereafter, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
